The first thing you should do is check the Windows event viewer, you may find clues to the problem.
The main causes of this problem are:
- The installation previously failed and you want to correct it by uninstalling.
- You ran the installer without administration permissions. We recommend that you use the Administrator user.
- If your antivirus is McAfee, you did not deactivate it. You have to check that it is deactivated.
If a window appeared with an error message, close it.
Cancel the uninstallation in progress.
If it doesn’t stop, use the task manager to kill the RPA Suite Processes until the uninstallation resumes.
When the installer has finished it checks the installation directory to see if RPA Suite was uninstalled.
